ARD BUGGY BUDDIES

Buggy Buddies is a weekly group for parents to come together, to exercise, talk, share information and connect with other parents.

Who is it for:  Buggy Buddies is open to Mums, Dads and legal guardians and is a great way to make new friends, get fresh air and exercise. 

When: Every Monday at 10.00am in 6 weeks blocks (During School Term Time)

Cost: €10 for 6 week each 6 week programme

ARD LITTLE SWIMMERS

ARD Little Swimmers.

When: Thursdays (During School Term Time)

Cost: €10 per child per week

Parent and Toddler Group- 10am-12pm.

When: Tuesdays (During School Term Time)

Cost: €5 per child

Meeting Point: In Kids Space @ Briar Hill Shopping Centre

Pregnancy Yoga with Penny 

Yoga Class for expectant Mothers who must past 13 week or who are heading into the second trimester

When: Mondays 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm

Cost: €55 for 4 weeks
